Terms of Service
This agreement is between users registering on the QRist platform and TyristApp. By registering, you agree to the following terms:
- Use of Service: The user commits to providing accurate and up-to-date information on the platform. QRist reserves the right to suspend or cancel accounts if incorrect information is provided.
- Disclaimer of Liability: Transactions made through QRist are the responsibility of the user. TyristApp cannot be held liable for potential damages.
- Service Fees: The user agrees to the terms of use of both free and paid sections of the service. Fees and payment terms will be communicated to the user.
- Changes: TyristApp reserves the right to make changes to the terms of this agreement. The updated agreement will be communicated to the user, and continued use constitutes acceptance.
Privacy Policy
QRist is committed to taking all necessary measures to protect the privacy of users.
- Data Collection and Processing: Personal information provided by the user, such as name, surname, and email, will be used solely for the purpose of providing the service. QRist will not share this information with third parties, except as required by law.
- Cookies and Tracking Technologies: We may use cookies to enhance service quality. Users have the right to refuse the use of cookies; however, this may result in the inaccessibility of certain features.
- Data Security: Appropriate technical and administrative measures are taken to ensure the security of user information. QRist continuously takes precautions to maintain the highest level of data security.
- Data Retention Period: Personal data is stored for the duration required by the service, and upon request or when the legal period expires, it is deleted.
Kullanıcı Sözleşmesi
Bu sözleşme, QRist platformuna kayıt olan kullanıcılar ile TyristApp arasında düzenlenmiştir. Kaydolarak aşağıdaki koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız:
- Hizmetin Kullanımı: Kullanıcı, uygulamaya sağladığı bilgilerin doğru ve güncel olduğunu taahhüt eder. QRist, yanlış bilgi verilmesi durumunda hesapları askıya alma veya iptal etme hakkına sahiptir.
- Sorumluluk Reddi: QRist üzerinden yapılan işlemler kullanıcı sorumluluğundadır. TyristApp, olası zararlardan sorumlu tutulamaz.
- Hizmet Ücretleri: Kullanıcı, hizmetin ücretsiz veya ücretli bölümlerini kullanım koşullarına göre kabul eder. Ücretler ve ödeme koşulları, kullanıcıya bildirilir.
- Değişiklikler: TyristApp, bu sözleşme koşullarında değişiklik yapma hakkını saklı tutar. Güncellenen sözleşme kullanıcıya bildirilir ve devam eden kullanım durumunda kabul edilmiş sayılır.
Gizlilik Politikası
QRist, kullanıcıların gizliliğini korumak için gerekli tüm önlemleri almayı taahhüt eder.
- Veri Toplama ve İşleme: Kullanıcının sağladığı ad, soyad, e-posta gibi kişisel bilgiler yalnızca hizmetin sağlanması amacıyla kullanılacaktır. QRist, bu bilgileri üçüncü şahıslarla paylaşmaz, sadece yasal gereklilik durumunda paylaşılabilir.
- Çerezler ve Takip Teknolojileri: Hizmet kalitesini artırmak amacıyla çerezler kullanabiliriz. Kullanıcı, çerez kullanımını reddetme hakkına sahiptir; ancak bu, bazı özelliklerin kullanılamamasına yol açabilir.
- Veri Güvenliği: Kullanıcı bilgilerinin güvenliğini sağlamak için uygun teknik ve idari tedbirler uygulanmaktadır. QRist, veri güvenliğini en üst düzeyde tutmak için sürekli olarak önlemler alır.
- Veri Saklama Süresi: Kişisel veriler, hizmetin gerektirdiği süre boyunca saklanır ve kullanıcının talebi üzerine veya yasal süreler dolduğunda silinir.
